The Core i9 from Intel is one of the fastest processors ever made, It competes with the AMD Ryzen 9. The Core i9 was introduced with the 9th gen Intel Processors with Desktop processor Intel Core i9-9900K and 7th gen with HEDT i9-7980X, Today with the Intel Core i9-13900KS, it is the first CPU to reach 6GHz. Although today's AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D is way better for gaming, Intel Core i9 is still better at productivity, along with the AMD counterpart Ryzen 9 7900X(3D).
Person 1: Dude, i wanted a PC with an Intel Core i9 13900K and RTX 4090, with 32GB of fast DDR5 RAM.
Person 2: So, are you using it for productivity or gaming?
Person 1: I want to use it for gaming.
Person 2: Well, I do not recommend going for an i9 13900K, get the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, it is actually better then the i9 in terms of gaming performance.

The newest member of the Intel processor family. Codenamed "Conroe", it was quite possibly the most anticipated processor launch in history. Core 2 Duo marks the retirement of the "Pentium" brand that has been Intel's flagship brand since 1993, and the streamlining of Intel's desktop and mobile product lines. Based on a hybrid Pentium M/Pentium 4 architecture, Core 2 Duo and its adherent, the Core 2 Extreme are both dual-core processors that use approximately 40% less power than the Pentium D, and run much cooler than their predecessors. Benchmarks from various enthusiast review sites have shown the Core 2 Duo/Extreme's performance surpasses that of AMD's high-performance chip, the FX-62. All Core 2 Duo/Extreme processors run on a 1066 Mhz front side bus, have 4 MBs of L2 Cache (the exception being the E6300 and E6400 models, which feature 2MBs of L2 Cache), and use the LGA775 socket already in use by the Pentium 4/D/Extreme. With a quad-core iteration of the Core 2 Duo on the horizon, codenamed Kentsfield, to be released at the end of this year, the future is looking pretty bright for Intel.
I have an Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 that will make your FX-62 cry.

The most dank CPU for gamers.
Gaming doesn't benefit from i7s. The very reason people bash i5s is the reason so many "gaming" PC manufacturers use the i7 in the first place. They use up all their budget on the i7 and then proceed to skimp on the graphics card and add a GeForce 220, resulting in an absolutely terribly-performing, plastic, and LED-encrusted machine. They know the first thing you'll be looking for is an i7 because that's what's advertised the most (and the rest of the machine suffers as a result). Don't fall for popular media - the Intel Core i5 6600K is one of the most solid, stable, and long-lasting chips money can buy. For multi core optimized software, streaming and rendering in general, the higher core/thread count on the FX 83xx and i7 series does matter however.

The Intel Dual Core Quantum Processors Version 3.16 is a processing chip that uses quantum technology instead of the AMD and Intel i3, i5, and i7 processors. This new quantum technology allows for 1.5 more tetraflops to be generated instead of the low 0.25 tetraflops in the AMD processors.
I got a new ASUS laptop that has the new Intel Dual Core Quantum Processors Version 3.16 with 1.75 tetraflops!
